The Board of Directors has reviewed several management companies and decided to make a change. We are pleased to announce that Coastal Management & Consulting will be managing your community starting September 1st. We understand the needs of your association and are here to serve you.

What’s Next?

Coastal will be on site to meet with homeowners and assist in activation of the homeowner portal.  We understand that prior management has mailed statements for your November assessments.  All payments submitted will be forwarded to Coastal for processing.  Regarding your monthly dues, you will receive a statement around the 20th of November and each month thereafter as a reminder to remit payment.

Homeowner Information:

Please complete the "Homeowner Information Form" on the association’s website under the “Homeowner Information Form” tab to provide your contact details and choose to receive association correspondence electronically if you prefer. Once we have your information, we will invite you to join the homeowner portal. To activate your portal, we need your email address. 

Payment Options:

Please wait for your billing statement, which will include your account number, and envelope to mail in your assessment payment should you prefer USPS. 

Auto Payments

​

If you are currently set up for auto-pay with your existing management company, this will no longer be valid. We are unable to transfer your personal banking information. You can set up auto payments through our secure homeowner portal (details below). We do not collect your banking information; you will provide it directly through the portal.

Association & Homeowner Portal:

​

​Coastal will send you an activation email once your association has been onboarded into our system. After the email is sent, we will also post a tutorial and additional information on the association’s website. We’re excited to offer this feature, which provides real-time access to your account information, as well as the ability to submit maintenance requests and architectural submissions. The portal also allows us to use the e-blast function for emergency alerts, association news, and announcements.
